NZ Compare Google Review competition (the “Prize Draw”)
General Terms & Conditions for Broadband Compare – ‘NZ Compare Monthly Google Review competition’ (the “Terms”)
The Prize Draw is managed and promoted by Global Compare Group Limited (“GCGL”) - Company Number: 7305419, NZBN: 9429047307131.
The Prize Draw is in no way endorsed or approved by any GCGL supplier, internet service provider or partner found and listed on any GCGL website.
You can choose to enter the Prize Draw by giving us a review on Google on the NZ Compare Google reviews section where it states “leave a review”
By entering the Prize Draw, you fully agree and accept the Terms.
The Prize Draw is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over and resident in New Zealand on the date of the Prize Draw.
The winner of the Prize Draw (the “Winner”) will receive 1x $50 NZD Prezzy Card (the “Prize”).
The Winner will need to provide GCGL of their full name, email address, postal address and best contact telephone number in order to receive the Prize.
The Prize Draw start date is the first day of the current calendar month at 12:00 PM and the Prize Draw end date is the last day of the current calendar month at 23:59 PM
The Winner will be selected at random by GCGL or by its authorized representative on or around the first working day following the end of the calendar month and the Winner will be notified on or around the same date via a reply on the Google review comment.
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must have access to a computer, or browser enabled device and the internet.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees of GCGL and their families or agencies affiliated with GCGL.
The Winner’s full name (at Global Compare Group Limited's absolute and sole discretion) would be announced on all GCGL social media channels and email lists and our promotional material.
The Winner will be notified by email, telephone or a direct Facebook message within 72 hours of the Prize Draw taking place if no response is received from the initial announcement via the Google review platform.
In order to enter the Prize Draw, the Winner is required to provide GCGL with their full name, telephone number and email address and postal address.
Should the Winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within 7 days of receiving notice from GCGL that they have won the Prize, GCGL reserve the right to redraw or not fulfil the Prize.
The maximum value of the Prize is $50 NZD.
The Prize is non-transferable.
GCGL will not be liable for any delays or non-receipt or non-delivery of entries for the Prize Draw.
In the event GCGL believes that an entry contravenes these Terms, it reserves all rights to delete the entry at its absolute and sole discretion.
GCGL’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms shall be governed by New Zealand law and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
