NZ Compare were delighted to attend the Westpac Auckland Business Awards help in Auckland on Thursday 19 November.

NZ Compare were nominated as a finalist for the Excellence in Customer Service Delivery category. The team were delighted to brush of their glad rags to attend the high profile event to celebrate innovation and creativity in the business sector.

Reflecting on the evening, Gavin Male , CEO and Co-founder of NZ Compare says: “Although we didn’t win on the night, it was a pleasure to attend the event and be nominated, and the team enjoyed a well-deserved night out. With 744 businesses entering the awards this year, we were delighted to make it to the final stage in the face of stiff competition.

Male continued, “The recognition of our Customer Service team felt particularly apt in 2020. Our investment in growing this team, and developing our service delivery model helped NZ Compare face the unique set of challenges we faced in 2020. Our Customer Service team rose to the challenge of working flexibly from home during lockdowns, and continued a commitment to helping New Zealanders make an informed choice about vital services like broadband, power and finances”
