We believe that authenticity and unbiased comparisons are essential to our customer service strategy. Our team of Comparison Consultants put the customer’s needs at the centre of their process. If we identify that a customer is already on the best plan for their needs, we recommend for them to remain on it.
We rely on satisfied customers who share their experience, and return every year to compare plans. Customers who are satisfied with our broadband comparison service, also translate to new Power Compare or Money Compare customers and vice versa.
The 2020 Awards attracted a record number of entries with 744 across the categories. Winners will be announced at a gala evening on on Thursday 19 November at the Cordis Hotel Auckland.
