The NZ Compare Power and Broadband Awards will now take place 16th February 2022

It was likely to happen as soon as Dellta reared it's head.... and unfortunately, the NZ compare Awards 2021 have been POSTPONED.

With the entry deadline looming today, we have made the decision to extend the timelines as we push out the dates for the main event, judging, people's choice voting and ticket purchase deadlines.  
 
As you can image, we have kept a close eye on alert levels recently, their requirements and in the background continuously creating contingency plans for the NZ Compare Awards 2021.
 
The alert levels, in particular for Auckland have been long and hard and we don't expect them to allow a large indoor gathering in the coming 6 weeks.  As such, we have sought advice and made the decision to postpone the NZ Compare Awards, as we are committed to ensuring this remains an in-person event. Kanohi ki te kanohi - face to face.
