General Terms & Conditions for Broadband Compare – ‘Win free broadband for 3 months with realestate.co.nz’ (the “Terms”)
The Prize Draw is managed and promoted by Global Compare Group Limited (“GCGL”) - Company Number: 7305419, NZBN: 9429047307131.
The Prize Draw is in no way endorsed or approved by any GCGL supplier, internet service provider or partner found and listed on any GCGL website.
You can choose to enter the Prize Draw by visiting the realestate.co.nz Facebook page and reacting to the post to tell us what’s most important to you when you’re choosing a broadband plan and tagging the person who can’t live without broadband at your place.
By entering the Prize Draw, you fully agree and accept the Terms.
The Prize Draw is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over and resident in New Zealand on the date of the Prize Draw.
The winner of the Prize Draw (the “Winner”) will receive the cash equivalent of your current broadband internet upon production of your most recent broadband bill up to a maximum of NZ$90 per month for three months (the “Prize”).
The Winner will need to provide GCGL their latest broadband bill, bank account details, full name, telephone number and address in order to receive the Prize.
The Prize Draw start date is 23rd February 2021 at 1700 and the Prize Draw end date is 2nd March 2021 at 2359.
The Winner will be selected at random by GCGL or its authorized representative on 3rd March 2021 and the Winner will be notified on or around the same date.
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must have access Facebook and a computer, or browser enabled device and the internet.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees of GCGL and their families or agencies affiliated with GCGL.
The Winner’s full name (at Global Compare Group Limited's absolute and sole discretion) would be announced on all GCGL social media channels and email lists and our promotional material.
The Winner will be notified by email or direct Message within 72 hours of the Prize Draw taking place.
Should the Winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within 7 days of receiving notice from GCGL that they have won the Prize, GCGL reserve the right to redraw or not fulfil the Prize.
The maximum value of the Prize is $270.00.
GCGL will not be liable for any delays or non-receipt or non-delivery of entries for the Prize Draw.
In the event GCGL believes that an entry contravenes these Terms, it reserves all rights to delete the entry at its absolute and sole discretion.
The Prize is non-transferable.
GCGL’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms shall be governed by New Zealand law and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
